I am a happily married, 20-something living in Birmingham, AL with my husband Frank and our chocolate lab, Rebel. By day, I’m in advertising, but by night, afternoon, weekend and every other waking minute, I’m devoted to food and wine!
Before getting married, I literally couldn’t boil water. But after a few years of throwing out gross-looking creations, choking down half-cooked chicken and drowning it all in cheap wines, we have emerged on the other side! Now, we love to stay in and cook, try great new restuarants and always, always, have a great bottle of wine to accompany us.
The Lord has truly blessed our lives and the more I grow to love cooking, the more in awe I am of His provision in every season. My goal here is to share what I’ve learned and help others just beginning to cook with tips I’ve picked up along the way.
